The Bel-Air Bay Club is a breathtaking coastal wedding venue located between Santa Monica and Malibu. Perched atop a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this exclusive club offers a ceremony lawn with panoramic ocean views, and an indoor ballroom for hosting an unforgettable Southern California wedding. 

It’s hard to beat the views at this Pacific Palisades wedding venue. The Bel-Air Bay Club’s panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean are a major staple of this venue, but aside from the obvious, I love that the venue offers many other gorgeous backdrops for taking photos throughout the day. The front entryway of the venue is adorned with lots of lush tropical greenery, and various walkways around the property offer picture-perfect portrait backdrops. The bridal suite has double doors that open onto a grand patio which is ideal for photos of the bride and her bridesmaids. It’s hard to find a venue that checks a lot of boxes, but with the amazing scenery, indoor and outdoor options, and exquisite food, the Bel-Air Bay Club is one of my favorite wedding venues in Los Angeles. 

While it offers plenty of space to host a large and sophisticated wedding, it has a more intimate atmosphere. At the Bel-Air Bay Club, you’ll feel as though you’re inviting your guests into a magnificent private residence.

The Bel-Air Bay Club was originally established in 1927 as a private beach club. The esteemed Upper Clubhouse has picturesque views of Santa Monica Bay and Catalina Island, and was strategically designed so the landscape obscures the PCH from view down below. 

During the 1920’s, 30’s, and 40’s the Mediterranean-style mansion served as a center for social activity that was frequented by Hollywood's elite. Nestled on 31-acres, today it is an exclusive Los Angeles wedding venue renowned for its breathtaking coastal setting and timeless elegance. 

Inside the club, guests are welcomed into elegant event spaces featuring timeless décor, high ceilings, and large windows that maximize the ocean views. The club's dedicated team of professionals ensures that every detail of your event is meticulously executed, from exquisite catering options to personalized service.

Nestled atop a coastal bluff, this expansive lawn makes it a popular choice for couples looking for a coastal Southern California wedding venue. Couples can exchange their vows with the stunning backdrop of the ocean spanning out behind them, and the sunsets from here are unforgettable.

COURTYARD PATIO

The private courtyard patio is the idyllic spot for a cocktail hour or more intimate reception at the Bel-Air Bay Club. With its large fountain and outdoor fireplace, it offers a cozy ambiance. 

LIVING ROOM

The Living Room serves as an inviting and multi-functional space. With its grand piano, panoramic windows showing off the expansive ocean views, and multiple seating areas, it offers an area for guests to relax indoors during the cocktail reception. It is also a gorgeous indoor option for ceremonies incase of inclement weather, and can also host dinner and dancing if you choose. 

DINING ROOM

The dining room at the Bel-Air Bay Club is a refined and elegant space with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean.
