I’ve been a Los Angeles engagement photographer for almost a decade and have worked with dozens of couples over the years. What I love about engagement photography is the laid-back nature, allowing room for creativity and really getting to know each couple that’s in front of my camera.

Couples portraits aren’t just for engaged couples either! I’ve done anniversary sessions, and have photographed committed couples who aren’t engaged but want to honor their love with a portrait session.

The first step is learning more about your vision for this session through a phone consultation. It's helpful to know what your dream session looks like. And if you've only gotten so far as wanting gorgeous photos that capture the love you and your partner share — that's ok!
As a full service photographer, I'll have your back starting with the vision, all the way through designing custom heirlooms that will commemorate this time in your relationship.

02. Planning
Once I've received a signed contract and retainer payment, we'll start planning!
The week of, we'll hop on a pre-shoot planning call to discuss logistics and dive deeper into how you plan to use your photos. Whether the main goal is save-the-dates, or a framed portrait for your home, I'll guide you through ways to make these images come to life off the screen (and highly recommend they do!)
03. Capturing Your Love
You've planned what to wear and perhaps coordinated a hair and make-up trial. By the day of your photo session, your only job is to relax and be present with your love!
I'll give you lots of posing tips so you can kiss feeling awkward goodbye. For gorgeous glowy golden hour light, we'll typically be shooting in the hour or two before sunset — prime time for natural light engagement photography.
04. The Reveal
Photographs from your engagement session will be ready in 2 weeks. You'll come in for an in-person reveal where you'll get to see your photos on the big screen and hand select what you want to purchase.
We'll work together to design printed pieces that fit your lifestyle and you'll receive the corresponding digital file of all the images you loved enough to print.
05. Delivery
Your purchased images will get retouched and then uploaded to a private online gallery. From there, you'll be able to download your digital files, shop small prints and share with family.
I handle all facets of polishing your images and sending them off to print. Think of me as your date night optimizer — I'll handle printing and delivery of beautiful keepsakes while you enjoy a night out.

With over 9 years experience as a Los Angeles engagement photographer, I am well-versed in locations across Southern California. From well-known favorites like Pasadena City Hall or El Matador State Beach in Malibu, to some more off-the-beaten path finds, we'll coordinate on a location that perfectly fits what you're looking for.
